Made in the Shade RV Park and Campground Rules and Information

Welcome to our campground. For guests safety and enjoyment please observe the following rules and regulations. We appreciate your help in keeping our park clean, neat, and free from damage.

• SAFETY: Use caution around campsites and natural areas. Slippery sharp rocks or objects, concealed holes, uneven ground, and poisonous plants or harmful critters may be present. Made in the Shade RV Park is not responsible for injuries. Camping is inherently dangerous due to the risks related with the outdoors such as but not limited to exposure to high winds, extreme temperatures, falling tree limbs, nuts, flooding, and fire. CAMP AT YOUR OWN RISK. All local, state, and federal laws must be obeyed. Enter the campsite with safety and caution. Damages to Made in the Shade RV Park property are the financial responsibility of the registered guest. Illegal drugs, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Violation is grounds for your immediate ejection. The recreational use of firearms, BB-guns, slingshots, and fireworks are prohibited within our campground.
• TREES / WILDLIFE: No trees or plants are to be cut, removed, defaced, or damaged in any way. Do not tie, nail, or screw anything to trees; hammock straps are acceptable. Do not harm or feed wildlife (including birds and squirrels).
• PARKING: Please do not park on or lay carpet over the grass. All vehicles must be registered and insured, be road worthy, and be driven on the roadways only. All camper jacks must have a pad under the feet for support. Charging of electric vehicles is prohibited.
• TENTS / SHEDS: One shade or screened tent is permitted. Assemble on gravel only. One 8×8 temporary Rubbermaid (or similar) storage shed requires approval in writing by the RV Park. Storage shed requires a level gravel pad at the expense of the guest in the location approved by the RV Park. A storage shed will incur an increase in monthly site rates of $50/month. No permanent or tied down structures are allowed. No plumbing or electrical is permitted to storage sheds.
• PROHIBITED: Garbage, indoor furniture, indoor rugs, appliances, broken down tools/parts/vehicles, tires, paint cans, construction materials, exercise equipment, pet waste, fences, permanent pet structures, plants in the ground, anything moldy or deteriorating, anything not designed for outdoor camping / tiny living, etc. No filling of water containers such as: water barrels, inflatable pools, tubs or jacuzzis, etc. No liquid waste may be dumped on the grounds or in dumpsters.
• SPEED LIMIT: Do not exceed 9 MPH. Obey standard traffic rules. No speeding, reckless, or drunk driving.
• CAMPING ETIQUIETTE: Please do not enter or walk through or behind other RV sites. Keep your belongings and vehicles on your rented site. Made in the Shade RV Park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• QUIET HOURS: 10PM – 8AM. Please allow others to get a good night’s sleep.
• CHECKOUT: Check out time is by 11:00AM.
• CHILDREN: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children. Please ensure children do not disturb other guests.
• PETS: Keep pets leashed and stay with your pet at all times when outside of your RV. Do not allow your pets to disturb others with excessive barking or any type of aggressive behavior towards guests and/or their pets. All vaccinations must be up‐to‐date and the pet identified by a nametag. There are pet waste stations located throughout the park. Picking up your dog’s waste immediately is mandatory. Do not leave pets penned or tied up outside of your RV when you leave the RV Park. Cats are not permitted in the dog park. Cats must remain indoors at all times. No cats outside the RV.
• CAMPFIRES: Campfires should be made only from wood in approved fire rings. Any stored wood must be stored off the grass. Moving the fire rings is not permitted. Campfires must not exceed two feet above the fire ring. The use of accelerants such as gas and kerosene is prohibited. Campfires should never be left unattended and must be extinguished before retiring for the night. Fire pits are not to be used for garbage cans – only newspaper, kindling and firewood should be burned in the fire pit.
• TRASH: Follow the golden rule of camping and leave your site cleaner than you found it. Place trash in tied bags in the dumpsters located on the property. Household trash only in the dumpsters on property.
• RESTROOMS AND LAUNDRY: Dish, pet, and clothes washing in the restrooms and showers are prohibited. Pets are prohibited in bathrooms/showers/laundry room.
• EMERGENCIES: For park maintenance emergencies regarding lack of water or power please call: (762) 333-2901. For all other emergencies (fire, medical, or other rescue need) please call 911.

All guests must follow the rules and regulations of the park. Any situation not directly covered by the rules but deemed unsafe by a staff member will be addressed. Decisions of any staff member are final pertaining to infringements of the campground rules or unsafe acts/conditions. Disrespect of authority, property, or other guests is grounds for guest removal. Made in the Shade RV Park reserves the right to amend rules at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or end reservations for any reason at any time. Made in the Shade RV Park and it’s agents, employees, contractors, and representatives are not responsible for and assume no liability in the event of loss due to fire, theft, accidents, Mother Nature, and any other loss whether it may be injury or loss of property of any guest. The RV Park is not responsible for injury or damage due to wind, water, fire or the negligence of you or others. The registered guest is the “responsible party” and accountable for the actions of all family members and visitors. Management reserves the right to refuse service and to decline to allow a space to be occupied. Management reserves the right to eject any guest, without prior notice and without refund for: Unpaid rent, violation of any rules / policies, repeated speeding violations, verbal or physical threats/actions from any guest or visitor to another guest, visitor, employee, or management, deliberate damage or destruction of property belonging to Made in the Shade RV Park, other guest or visitor. Eviction will be immediate and without any reimbursement of fees. Policies, Rates, and/or Sites are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to enter any site at any time.
